Global legal operations team is on a lookout for a Junior to join their team.
If you have interest in operations and want to learn more on how this important unit transforms legal work and assist Teva`s global legal to achieve their goals, please read below and submit your interest.
- Legal spend management (invoice audit, rate requests)
- Administer the legal department’s e-billing management system (TeamConnect)
- Identify and reconcile data inconsistencies within the system
- Legal vendor management (assistance with onboarding process of new legal vendors and maintaining vendor information)
- Reporting and analytics
- Support the negotiation process in partnership with Legal procurement
- Act as primary contact for all legal operational queries
- Bachelor’s degree – law, economic, analytics or other business - related degree preferred
- experience with analytical tasks and usage of analytical tools is desirable
- familiarity with legal operations work is a plus
- required advanced knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
- experience working in a global or multinational organization is a plus
- required excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- excellent organization skills and high attention to details is highly desirable
