As a valued member of our team, you will undertake the development of large, intricate Java-based solutions.

Your responsibilities will encompass working on pivotal aspects of the solution within a multicultural setting.

You will be entrusted with overseeing, steering, and executing the entire software development process - from conceptualization, design, implementation, to testing and evaluating the success of the feature you create.

Requirements:

• Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Rest, Typescript, among others
• Display resourcefulness with exceptional analytical and problem-solving proficiencies
• Collaborate effectively in a multifaceted organization through clear communication, consistent output, and fostering relationships
• Show a keen curiosity and capability to independently acquire new knowledge
• Exhibit self-direction by successfully driving a project from its inception to production
• Prioritize user-centric approaches where user experience and data privacy are paramount
• Possess strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Croatian
