We are seeking a DWH/BI Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team in various locations in Croatia, including Zagreb, Split, Osijek, Rijeka, or remote.

As a DWH/BI Consultant, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver services across sectors such as finance, banking, insurance, and manufacturing. We are looking for individuals who thrive in challenging environments, possess strong analytical skills, and can work independently to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in gathering business requirements and conducting analysis
• Design analytical solutions to meet business needs
• Develop data models and architecture
• Implement data integration from source systems
• Create data access solutions
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
• Contribute to end-to-end solution implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with ETL processes and technologies (e.g., Oracle, Informatica, Microsoft, IBM)
• Familiarity with Big Data tools (e.g., Cloudera, Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Hive, Sqoop, Vertica)
• Knowledge of data modeling is a plus
• Previous experience in implementing analytical solutions
• Proficiency in Croatian and English (minimum B2 level)
