About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. We are seeking someone who shares our values and is passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals in a residential setting.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work with a shift pattern of 2 on 4 off (8am – 10pm including sleep nights), supporting our residents in their daily lives, promoting independence, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A full driving licence is essential for this role.
• Experience in a similar setting (minimum 3 months preferred) is required.
• Holding a QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Energetic and fast-paced environment skills are essential.
• Possessing a friendly, passionate, and caring nature is crucial.
• Positive, pleasant, and approachable qualities are required.
• Empowering others to become stronger and confident in controlling their lives is vital.
