Nurse Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our team at Antal International Network - IME. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

• Direct Patient Care: Provide direct, professional nursing care to patients in an inpatient or outpatient setting, adhering to area of specialty standards.
• Assessment and Treatment: Evaluate patients' conditions, administer prescribed medications, apply sterile dressings, and perform phlebotomy and vital sign monitoring.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Education and Support: Provide patient and family education, counseling, and support to promote health and well-being.
• Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to standards of care, policies, and procedures, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, including in-depth experience in required specialty.
• Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Skills: Good communication skills, patient care attitude, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Specialty: Required specialty areas include Dialysis, PICU, ICU, NICU, Medical Surgical Ward, OR, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, ER, and L&D.
