About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you will ensure a positive and safe online environment by moderating user-generated content in a 24/7 project setting.

• Monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Escalate sensitive or inappropriate content to ensure user safety.
• Quickly address reported content issues, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Accurately apply moderation processes, contributing to an excellent user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine content guidelines and policies.

What We're Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluency in Croatian and English (written and spoken).
• Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze content effectively.
• Capable of handling sensitive material with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle fast-paced tasks.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
