Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading company which is looking to recruit for a Croatian speaking AI Prompt Evaluator to join their team in Essen.

Role: AI Prompt Evaluator

Location: Essen, Germany

Work model: on-site

• Research and write short prompts ensuring they're accurate, creative, and follow brand voice and style guidelines.
• Develop smooth conversation flows to create engaging interactions.
• Contribute to enhancing speech system by creating dialogues on various topics including sensitive subjects.
• Review written content to ensure it's factually correct and meets style standards.
• Generate new prompt ideas and evaluate responses for clarity and relevance.
• Ensure tone of content matches brand voice and resonates with intended audience.

• Native or fluent in Croatian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2 level)
• Excellent command of language, grammar, and style ensuring prompts are clear and well-crafted.
• Creative thinker with ability to develop innovative prompts and scenarios that capture users' attention.
• Skilled at analyzing user data and feedback to refine prompts and improve conversation flows.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Capable of simplifying complex ideas and presenting them clearly and effectively.
• Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or challenging content.
