Role Overview

Cyber Staff is seeking a skilled and dedicated 1st Level Support Specialist to join our Solution Team in our Zagreb office. As a member of the help and service desk, you will play a crucial role in providing front-line support to our client's users, ensuring that technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to users, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of user interactions, problems, and resolutions using our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the 2nd level support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate effectively with users in both English and German, providing clear and concise guidance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: English C1 level and German B2 level or higher.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and network troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field is advantageous.
