At DEPT, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Talent Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the acquisition and deployment of top talent across various projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal resource utilization. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

We're looking for someone with expertise in digital project delivery, preferably with experience in resource management, creative/technical project management, or talent acquisition. You should have a solid understanding of key digital roles, including UX/UI, Backend and Frontend Development, DevOps, and QA.

  • You'll need to analyze project requirements, identify skill gaps, and recommend suitable talent to meet client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative teams, operations, and sales.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools, will enable you to make informed decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • A background in digital project delivery, preferably with experience in resource management, creative/technical project management, or talent acquisition, is a must.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, human resources, marketing).
  • 3+ years of experience in resource management, creative/technical project management, or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in resource management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various departments.
