We're currently looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, especially collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, and OneDrive.

The role involves handling support requests and incident reports related to Microsoft 365 services, assisting in the rollout of new business applications based on Microsoft 365, and supporting the ongoing administration of Microsoft 365 environments.

To be successful in this position, you'll need a degree or training in IT, solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, and experience with Microsoft 365 rollout or migration projects. You should also have a structured approach to work, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
