• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies
• Analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement
• Mentor others and communicate test results effectively
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases

• 5+ years of experience in software testing
• Excellent knowledge of testing principles, methods, and processes
• Familiarity with Test Case Management and Bug Tracking tools like Jira, TestRail, Zephyr
• Proficient in collecting test metrics and creating automation summary reports
