We're on the lookout for an expert who loves combining hands-on coding with AI innovation. You'll dive into RAG pipelines, design chunking strategies, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows that work under real-world pressure.
This isn't just about theory; it's about building real, production-ready systems that work now. We need someone who can spot performance issues and knows exactly how to debug and tune things up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing RAG-based and conversational AI systems
- Designing and optimizing document chunking strategies that improve precision and performance
- Monitoring system performance, squashing latency bugs, and boosting reliability
- Collaborating across teams to plug AI magic into real-world products
- Bringing fresh research and tools into our tech stack
