Our client's business solutions team is a gold partner and leader in implementing Microsoft software for medium to large organisations. They provide clients with the ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital world by implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software from the Dynamics 365 software line.

The role of a D365 F&O expert involves ensuring clear communication across teams to ensure deliverables are produced on time and within quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Degree Level of Education
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consultancy or 3 end-to-end implementations
• Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies
• Base knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOps
• Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle
• Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
• Strong experience in Finance Modules on FO
• Strong Client Relationship Management
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Agile learner

Responsibilities:

• Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverables
• Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
• Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation
• Assist with the gathering and documentation of functional requirements and completion of gap/fit analysis
• Contribute to and/or creation of solution documentation
• Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues
• Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project
• Contribute to Pre-Sales activities as required including building demo and proof of concept solutions for various client presentations
• Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs
• Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered
• Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
• Awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO
• Protecting information shared during association
