We are recruiting for a full-time, remote Customer Advisor to join an energetic international team, specializing in supporting a major online travel platform in Athens, Greece. This position is perfect for candidates who are native Croatian speakers and possess strong communication skills. About the Job Your primary function will be serving as the first point of contact for our Croatian-speaking users. You will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email, almost exclusively in Croatian. This involves assisting travelers with new bookings, processing changes (such as cancellations or itinerary adjustments), and expertly resolving issues related to payments, technical platform difficulties, and policy clarifications. While you are expected to operate remotely, the company provides all essential equipment for the job. While prior experience in a customer service environment is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidate Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following non-negotiable criteria: Language Proficiency: You must have native or fluent proficiency in Croatian (written and verbal).English Language: You need a minimum of B2 level English for internal communication and training.Legal Status: You must be an EU Citizen or possess a Residence Card with Full Market Access in Greece.Work Setup: A suitable, quiet home workspace with a fast and reliable internet connection is essential for effective remote work. Work Hours and Location Details The role requires full-time commitment, 40 hours per week, following a rotational schedule that includes weekends: Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (EET)Weekends (Sat-Sun): 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (EET) While this is a remote position based in Athens, candidates moving from outside Greece must be aware: if they do not have a home with guaranteed stable internet, they will be required to work on-site at our Athens office for the first three months before transitioning to fully remote work. Compensation and Relocation Package We offer a competitive salary, supplemented by a meal allowance, and provide excellent opportunities for career progression. For successful international applicants, we offer a dedicated relocation package: Initial Housing: We arrange and cover the cost of a hotel stay near the office for your first three weeks in Athens.Financial Assistance: A one-time payment of up to €300 to assist with initial moving costs, provided with your first paycheck.Documentation Support: We provide legal assistance to guide you through the official hiring and immigration paperwork, though gathering the required documents remains your responsibility.
