Our Client is a Silicon Valley startup that teaches over a million children worldwide to speak English with their voice-based virtual tutor. They are now looking for a skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to help scale their growing international business and educational impact.Location: Europe, USType: Full-time, RemoteStart date: ASAPAbout the project:Headquartered in Mountain View, California, the company has a growing international team combining expertise in voice and virtual human technologies, education, and game design.It's an artificial intelligence English voice tutor for children. With the help of AI and voice technology, the company gives children the practice of speaking English. The project holds multiple international awards and nominations, including GESA (Global Edtech Startup Awards) in London, EnlightEd in Madrid, Voice Summit Awards in New York, among others. In addition, the application is the #1 app for kids on the App Store and Google Play. About the Role: Your mission is to drive profitable growth and expand the reach of the application to more families. You will lead influencer marketing and UGC-focused initiatives that support user acquisition and increase engagement. This role includes building long-term relationships with key influencers and strengthening acquisition through collaboration with UGC creators. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Research and analyze potential influencers that align with the brand's goals, audience, and style.Manage the full integration process: from negotiations and ad placements to ensuring timely campaign delivery.Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with influencers.Develop and produce creative campaign concepts: generating ideas, writing briefs, and preparing technical tasks to ensure that ads are not only visually appealing but also deliver results.Maintain and update the influencer database while planning the integration schedule.Monitor influencer market prices and manage campaign budgets effectively.Source and hire content creators: conduct interviews, assign test tasks, and evaluate performance. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing.Ability to interpret data, track KPIs (ER, CTR, ROI, CPA/CPM/CPV), and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.Expertise in identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and building long-term partnerships with influencers and UGC creators.Experience in the use of AI tools in processesComfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment where youll continuously optimize for performance and adapt strategies as neededSelf-driven and results-orientedExperience in scaling international multi-language apps, or at least B2English language proficiency. Additional info: Geography: Fully remote, based between Eastern Time Zone (New York, U.S.) and GMT+3 with 1-2 strategic offsite sessions per year.Languages: Must speak English.
