About the Role
KIWI operates in the tobacco and vaping sector, a highly regulated market. We are looking for a hands-on IT Technician (Mid/Senior) to support our IT Manager in platform migrations, in the administration of complex SaaS systems and in the rollout of device management with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune. You will be the technical reference for day-to-day operations: you configure, migrate, document and support, working closely with the IT team, the IT Security & Compliance Lead and external providers.

Key Responsibilities
Migrations
• Plan and execute migrations between platforms (e.g. Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, file storage to SharePoint or NAS), including mailboxes, aliases, shared drives and permissions.
• Prepare cut-over plans with checks, user communication and rollback steps; verify data completeness after each migration.
• Decommission legacy services once migrations are complete. SaaS & Identity Administration
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Microsoft Entra ID (users, security groups, app registrations, SSO for business applications).
• Manage joiners, movers and leavers across Microsoft 365 and the other business SaaS platforms (ERP, CRM, telephony), with access reviews.
• Support the integrations between SaaS platforms and troubleshoot authentication, licensing and synchronisation issues. Device Management (Jamf Pro & Microsoft Intune)
• Implement and maintain Jamf Pro for Macs and iPhones: Apple Business Manager, automated enrolment, configuration profiles, app deployment, compliance.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows: Autopilot enrolment, compliance and configuration policies, app deployment, updates.
• Roll out the corporate password manager and endpoint protection (EDR) to all devices; manage patching and device lifecycle, including replacements and handover. Support, Infrastructure & Documentation
• Provide second and third-level support to users across the group.
• Support on-premises infrastructure (network, NAS, virtualisation) and run backup jobs and restore tests under the governance plan.
• Document procedures and configurations in the IT knowledge base and track work in Odoo Projects. Required Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience in IT system administration or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in production.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and/or Microsoft Intune in production (enrolment, profiles or policies, compliance, app deployment).
• Proven experience with at least one tenant, mail or file-storage migration.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Bash) for automation.
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and of backup and restore practices.
• Structured working style and attention to documentation.
• Good English. Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as Microsoft MD-102 or MS-102, Jamf Certified Tech or Admin.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Synology NAS, UniFi networks or VMware.
• Experience in multi-country organizations or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Italian and/or Croatian. Compensation & Employment Terms
• Salary Range: € 28.000,00 – € 38.000,00 gross annually.
• Employment Type: Full-Time Employment.
• Working Model: On-site in Buje, with partial hybrid work.
• Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications and technical expertise. Selection Process Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a practical technical assessment (approximately 3 hours) in a test environment with fictional data, followed by a 1-hour technical discussion:
• Enrolling a test Mac in Jamf Pro and applying a configuration profile.
• Creating an Intune compliance policy for Windows devices and explaining the rollout plan.
• Planning a mailbox migration cut-over, including checks, user communication and rollback.
