Filix manufactures architectural lighting for exterior, urban and underwater projects worldwide. We are based in Pazin, Croatia, and part of the international Luminii group.
We are looking for a Finance Manager to run our finance function. The role covers everything from daily liquidity to annual accounts and group reporting. You work directly with management.
Responsibilities
• Monthly and annual reporting, including statutory accounts
• Annual budget, variance tracking and explaining the numbers to management
• Liquidity, receivables and supplier obligations
• Oversight of bookkeeping and compliance with Croatian regulations
• Banking relationships, Tax Administration, FINA and the external auditor
• Group reporting in English Requirements
• A degree in economics, finance or accounting
• Several years in a senior finance role, ideally in manufacturing
• Working knowledge of Croatian accounting and tax regulations
• Fluent Croatian and English
• ERP experience
