Independent Sales Agents | Industrial Bakery Machinery & Automation | Europe Already connected with industrial bakeries, frozen bakery producers or food-processing manufacturers in your market? Cuomo Bakery Division, part of F.lli Cuomo Macchine Industriali, is expanding its network of independent commercial partners. We design and manufacture industrial machinery and integrated automation solutions for handling, counting, primary and secondary packaging of bakery products, including frozen bakery applications. We are looking for independent sales agents, commercial representatives and small agencies in CROATIA, SERBIA, ALBANIA, BULGARIA, ROMANIA, SLOVENIA and SPAIN. IMPORTANT: This is an independent commercial representation opportunity, NOT an employee or salaried position. What you will do
• Identify and qualify investment opportunities among industrial bakery and food-processing manufacturers.
• Introduce Cuomo machinery and integrated solutions; develop relationships with owners, plant/production managers, engineering and procurement.
• Coordinate technical-commercial discussions and project follow-up with the Cuomo team. Who we are looking for
• Independent sales agent, commercial representative or small agency legally operating in the target market (not an employee position).
• Established relationships with industrial bakeries, frozen bakery manufacturers, food-processing businesses and relevant decision-makers.
• Proven experience selling industrial machinery, packaging, automation or production lines; ability to qualify complex, medium-to-long-cycle B2B projects.
• Ability to travel within the territory and collaborate with an Italy-based technical and commercial team.
• Fluency in the relevant local language (Croatian, Serbian, Albanian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Slovenian or Spanish) AND professional English is mandatory. Nice to have Experience in industrial/frozen bakery and a complementary non-competing machinery portfolio. Italian is an advantage, not a requirement. Why partner with Cuomo?
