Join us as a Business analyst

At Transcom, the business environment is dynamic and ever-expanding. As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you'll be tasked with quickly grasping Transcom's intricate organizational structure and processes.

Your role will bridge the gap between Transcom's functional departments and the technology teams. You'll be responsible for capturing end-user requirements and crafting processes and solutions that align with business objectives. Success demands a deep understanding of both, business and development teams' perspectives and fostering smooth, well-documented communication.

Over time, you'll acquire knowledge of available platforms, assisting the business and development teams in selecting and designing optimal solutions considering processes, platforms, and related costs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Partner with executive stakeholders across departments, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions Possess a comprehensive understanding of business needs and in-depth knowledge of departmental scopes within Transcom Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements, ensuring necessary approvals from requestors Draft functional specifications aligned with the overarching digital transformation strategy Actively participate in solution design discussions Continuously seek efficiency enhancements and potential cost-saving opportunities Manage and track change requests during and after post-implementation Engage in pre-UAT and UAT testing activities Foster effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders Prioritize and deliver projects while adhering to established timelines Provide support to stakeholders in driving transformational projects
.What we are looking for:
Analytical and process-driven mindset Broad experience working in international companies Participated in corporate transformational projects in different departments, like Human resources, Finance, Marketing, etc. Demonstrated experience with data analysis and analytics (Looker, PowerBI, Qlik, etc.) Desire to improve processes and inspire business Detailed-oriented and able to produce high-quality documentation Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Ability to work in a geographically and culturally diverse environment Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Ability to travel occasionally Fluency in English is a must, any other languages are a plus
