Then you could be the Project Manager we are looking for. The position is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, or Zagreb, Croatia reporting to the Director of Sales Projects.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis role will be instrumental in driving the transformation of our sales processes, executing growth initiatives, and leading change management efforts across the sales organization. With your project management skills, you will play a central role and contribute to further development of our business and customers, ensure adherence to schedule, quality, and budget. This includes:
- Assessing and managing risks and issues related to the overall scope of the project.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key sales transformation projects and excel in stakeholder management.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and outcomes.
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- You have a strong background in project management, sales strategy, change management, and key account management within a fast-paced environment.
- You have a relevant educational background on at least bachelor level.
- It is preferred that you have relevant work experience, but most important for this position is your project management skills.
- As such, your toolbox is loaded with knowledge that will help you to support, plan and drive projects in a global setting.
- You have a good understanding of business flows and processes, as well as change management.
On a more personal note, you have a good drive, is eager to learn and can embrace the ongoing changes and challenges that we meet every day. As you will work cross cultural, it is a must that you are fluent in English, both orally and written. At the same time, you can work independently and in a team, pay attention to detail and you have a structured approach to solving problems.
