As a Technical Quote Support Intern, you'll be responsible for supporting sales organization with preparation of Project Quotes, ensuring complete technical specification, pricing accuracy and timeliness.
We're looking for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales organization in development or validation of Project Quote, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timely delivery.
- Continuous learning of company products, systems, and services and supporting customers with gained knowledge.
- Proactive cross-functional collaboration with key account managers, product managers and lighting designers to support customer needs.
- Support after-sales process with answering to questions or disputes of customers in professional and competent interaction.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final years of university.
- Fluent English and Croatian.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Focus on problem solving.
- Technical education or experience within similar fields of work.
