Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat support channels
  • Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring overall customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues
  • Document all customer interaction information according to standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in German, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with customer support software, including Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools
  • Experience in Customer Support, with a strong ability to work independently and as a remote team player
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work with process and information changes
