Customer Service Representative with German Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Croatia. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients via various communication channels.

About the JobThe successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. They will also possess excellent language skills, both verbal and written, in German.
In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for navigating internal and external documentation and resources to provide world-class service.
We offer a competitive salary package based on experience, skills, and performance. The gross monthly salary is €1,430 + meal allowance and WFH stipend, making it an attractive option for individuals looking for a challenging and rewarding career in customer service.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in customer service, with experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Excellent language skills, both verbal and written, in German (at least C1 level)
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in German
- Flexibility, friendliness, resilience, independence, reliability
- Skilled conversation skills, linguistic fluency, understandable pronunciation in German
- Good communication and teamwork skills
