About the Role:
Are you fluent in Croatian and English with a sharp attention to detail? We are seeking a dedicated Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you will ensure a positive and safe online environment by moderating user-generated content in a 24/7 project setting, working shifts to keep the platform operational around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Evaluate sensitive or inappropriate content to ensure user safety.
  • Quickly address reported content issues, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Apply moderation processes accurately, contributing to an excellent user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine content guidelines and policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Croatian and English (written and spoken).
  • Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze content effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive material with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle fast-paced tasks.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is beneficial but not required.
