Social Media Graphic Designer

This is a role that involves creating engaging visual content for social media platforms, focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter/X and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, specifically with marketing, tech or SaaS industries.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality infographics, ebooks, diagrams, etc. and edit/composite photos to produce visually appealing content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop new ideas and formats that highlight A/B testing and CRO insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, platform-specific styles and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all content to maintain a strong brand identity.
  • Use data-focused topics to create engaging visual stories and maintain viewer interest.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of graphic design, ideally with some exposure to marketing, tech or SaaS industries.
  • Technical Skills: Expert in graphic design software (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding or strong interest in digital marketing concepts, particularly A/B testing and CRO.
  • Creative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop fresh, engaging content that captures viewers' attention.
  • Trend Awareness: Keen eye for design and social media art trends, with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
