• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications worldwide.
• Conduct patentability assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with research and development teams to identify and protect innovations.
• Represent clients before Patent Offices and the European Patent Office.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in patent law and practice.

• Masters-level qualified in Chemistry or a Life Sciences field.
• EQE-qualified with at least 5 years of experience in the profession.
• Experience in chemical/biomed/biotech casework, drafting, filing, and prosecuting EPO and PCT applications.
• Knowledge of EPO opposition and appeal procedures, contentious proceedings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
