Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Partner Relationship Representative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth within our organization.

The Partner Relationship Representative will be responsible for assisting partners in onboarding, verifying, and activating new merchants. They will also identify and engage new prospective partners to promote our collaboration framework and escalate partner requests by opening cases for issues beyond their resolution capacity.

Serving as the first point of contact for partners, the Partner Relationship Representative will drive production and growth within the Indirect Team.
