About Our Consulting Team

We're seeking an ambitious professional to join our dynamic Consulting team in Zagreb. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work on top strategy and operations projects across Southeast Europe, collaborating with our experienced regional and international consultants.

The Role

  • You will be working closely with our Strategy and Operations Consulting team to identify issues, develop, and implement potential solutions for our clients. Your role will involve structuring complex problems and developing hypotheses to solve them.

  • As part of our team, you'll gather and analyze data, synthesizing complex information into clear and actionable findings. This might include conducting market research, building financial models, and analyzing competitors.

  • You'll also be responsible for communicating effectively with client representatives and project teams. Additionally, you may participate in business development and proposal preparation.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • You are currently in your final year of undergraduate or graduate studies, with an expected graduation date no later than June 2026;

  • You have proven strong academic and extracurricular achievements.

  • You possess the ability to adapt to an intense work environment and work in challenging circumstances.

  • You can work collaboratively in a team and proactively drive independent tasks.

  • You have familiarity with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (knowledge on project management and data analytics tools is considered as a plus).

  • You can communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Croatian, in both speaking and writing.

  • You are willing to commit full-time, with flexibility offered for your academic obligations.

  • You have an affinity to work in management consulting in the long run.

  • You are open to regional travel if needed.
