Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analysis team, you will identify client needs, analyze processes, and propose solutions to align with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business domain requirements and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, design teams, product managers, and engineering teams.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Foster great relationships with clients' stakeholders through a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Regularly communicate and work closely with stakeholders, design and engineering teams, product and project managers to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Create and maintain product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria from product vision and epics.
  • Propose new solutions to client processes and product development, contributing to the team with suggestions for improvements.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to translate business needs into solution requirements and define those in a written format.
  • Good knowledge of business analysis practices and techniques.
  • Good understanding of standard tools and methodologies concerning Business Analysis including processes, artifacts, and tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in at least one of the following domains – payments, financial services, and banking is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong technical writing and analytical skills, and systematic approach to work.
  • Fluent English – both written and spoken.
