As a Customer Relations Agent at Teya, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and web chats.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Providing first-line advice on general matters and escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating databases with relevant information.
  • Handling customer complaints efficiently and identifying trends and issues for improvement.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of our systems and equipment to provide expert advice to colleagues from other departments.
