International Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence through accurate and timely accounting processes across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities include reviewing, processing, and posting incoming invoices, handling accounting operations for assigned countries, preparing and executing timely payment runs, performing monthly reconciliations of accounts payable and vendor statements, and supporting all monthly and year-end accounting procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in accounts payable/receivable, and be comfortable posting invoices in large accounting software. Strong hands-on accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges are essential for this role.
As an Accounting Specialist at our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of international markets, collaborate closely with fellow accountants and vendors, and contribute to the development and update of AP processes, documentation, and training materials.
