About the Role

This is a key position within our team responsible for driving commercial success and growth through effective product adoption strategies, sales support, and go-to-market planning.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving Commercial Targets: Develop and execute plans to accelerate product performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Support: Provide expert product knowledge to sales teams to enhance opportunity closing rates and regional client facing team enablement.
  • GTM Development: Design and implement effective go-to-markets and customer segmentations to capture market share and leverage direct client feedback.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify key areas for growth and develop strategies to exploit these opportunities, removing potential blockers.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor and report on pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion, partnering with HQ and regional roles to remove roadblocks.
  • Regional Alignment: Collaborate with regional PSE and CSE teams to align quarterly/yearly priorities, initiatives, and markets, providing input on new growth areas for your product offering.
  • Communication with Regions: Keep regional teams informed about latest product features or new releases, ensuring better solution offerings for targeted clients.
  • Regional Product Pipeline Analysis: Work with Product Analysts to analyze the respective product pipeline in the region, driving clear tactics to enhance, overcome gaps, and achieve targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in this field.
  • Experience with SaaS is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Proactive critical thinker, ready to adapt to address new business challenges and recommend productive ideas.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel primarily).
