App Performance Marketing Specialist job description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced App Performance Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing marketing team. Your primary objective will be to acquire high-quality App users who appreciate sports.

  • You will be responsible for planning and managing paid App campaigns on multiple platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to various marketing activities covering the entire customer journey, from awareness to retention across more than 80 countries.

You will have access to a talented team of strategists, SEO/ASO experts, Data Analysts, Content specialists, and other resources necessary for success.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  1. Develop targeted growth strategies for App user acquisition on paid marketing platforms in over 80 countries.
  2. Execute approved strategies through mobile performance media, including campaign implementation, creation, analysis, and optimization (Google, Meta, Twitter, and other platforms).
  3. Support the ongoing improvement of tracking and attribution of paid mobile App traffic and events.
  4. Identify new App growth opportunities (new channels, new markets).
  5. Conduct experimentation and testing, following and developing testing roadmaps, and prioritize tests that deliver the highest outcomes.
  6. Prepare reports, conclusions, and proposals for improving paid marketing activities.
  7. Collaborate with Analytics, SEO, Content, Design, and User Research teams throughout campaign execution.
  8. Cooperate with stakeholders from all departments within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Google Ads, Meta, and other marketing performance platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • A strong drive for execution and delivering results.
  • Business fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Passion for sports (an advantage).
