This position plays a key role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven decision making.


">Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and go-to source for all analytical and performance queries within corporate affairs
  • Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams 
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data accuracy 
  • Analyze data to identify insights, trends, patterns, opportunities and highlight actions in order to improve results  
  • Support different partners on the development and implementation of data-driven decision making  
  • Generate actionable insights from stakeholders and their strategies 
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on website, social media and internal platform performance metrics 
  • Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities based on data analysis 
  • Train colleagues on best practices 
  • Document processes, data sources, and methodologies 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements 

">Requirements
  • University Degree: Business Administration, International Business, Management, Science, Computing or a related technical degree   
  • 3+ years of experience as a data analyst 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense) 
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities 
  • Proactive, organized and positive personality
