We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Payment Factory team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of payments worldwide. As a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, we drive innovation in global payment processing.

As a Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global partners to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable payment operations that support our expansion strategy.

About the Role:

  • Mentor junior analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to maintain business correspondence and communication
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment processing via wire transfer, credit cards, and bank details
  • Develop and maintain records for all transactions, including monthly statements
  • Participate in authorization processes for outgoing payments, adhering to prescribed competencies
  • Coordinate with the accounting team on invoices, payments, refunds, and other financial matters
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Economic High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • +1 year of experience in a relevant area
  • Fluent English language skills with strong verbal and written abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges
