EURONET, the leading global financial technology solutions and payments provider, seeks to employ Monitoring and Dispatch Support – ATM Network to assist and enhance operations and administrative functions regarding our ATM networks in Croatia. The position will be based in our offices located in Zagreb. Croatia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring and controlling the operation of the ATM network and the device itself.
  • Collaboration and communication with teams within Euronet for the purpose of network monitoring, ATM activation, and problem resolution.
  • Maintaining tables and data on the current status.
  • Availability and support in case of incident processing.
  • Up to date reporting and consulting with supervisors about all deviations, changes and novelties.
  • Different other tasks given by the superior officers.

Requirements

  • University or High School Degree in Engineering, Information Technology orientation, technical sciences or related.
  • 2–3 years of experience in operational or back-office support, with familiarity with ATM operations and monitoring.
    Prior experience in the financial services or banking sector is highly desirable.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Must have a legal right to work in Croatia, without the need for visa sponsorship
  • Driving license B category is a plus.
