Clinical Research Associate

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for managing the conduct of clinical trials. This includes performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan to meet study objectives.
  • Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  • Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution.
  • Collaborating with experts at study sites and with client representatives to ensure seamless trial execution.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in a scientific discipline or health care.
  • At least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience.
  • Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office.
  • An excellent command of English language.
  • Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • A valid driver's license.
