The Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for our Male Grooming portfolio in the Adriatic area.

  • Main responsibilities:
  • Category and brand management in the Adriatic area (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro):
  • Develop and execute local activation plans;
  • Expertise in marketing evaluation, pricing & distribution strategy, activation/communication, objective setting, KPIs, Advertising & promotion budget requirement setting;
  • New product introduction strategy;
  • Activity planning, brand activation planning, forecasting;
  • Profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define objectives (sales, profitability, MS, brand image KPIs), develop, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns planned in the yearly marketing calendar;
  • Develop the Adriatic new product introduction plan in liaison with sales organization, flawlessly implementing & tracking it;
  • Setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock;
  • Drives development and execution of local activation plans, local insight collection, analysis, knowledge;
  • Developing sales plans in cooperation with the TSM and key accounts to maximize the support to the sales process and set prices and product positioning and to define sales training and sales support;
  • Contributing along with sales & TSM to the development of new channels;
  • A&P budget construction, management execution, track, follow up.

Requirements :

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant brand management experience in a high-profile multinational company;
  • Digital marketing, marketing research, trade marketing field & level of education as advantage;
  • Economy, Engineering, Social Sciences background;
  • University degree, master's degree will be an advantage.
