As a Digital Channel Governance Lead, you will oversee the global website and digital channel governance, requiring strategic thinking, web management expertise, and collaboration with stakeholders across different time zones.
The Opportunity

This role involves building digital capabilities as a Center of Excellence in website creation and performance, serving as a focal point for stakeholders, supporting new requests, and enabling content engagement solutions.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert in digital channel governance and strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement best practices for web management and digital channel governance.
  • Oversee the evolution and expansion of external platform solutions to meet business needs.
  • Strategically plan and manage corporate global and local websites, including content, design, features, and prioritization.
  • Evaluate and improve website effectiveness using research, insights, and best practices.
  • Implement new tools and tactics to increase user engagement with a balanced content and channel approach.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of web content across all digital channels.
  • Develop and enforce policies for digital channel governance.

Your Qualifications
  • University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in web management and digital channel governance.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and web technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Episerver CMS is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and positive personality.
