  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Record purchase invoices and vendor payments in accordance with company guidelines

  • Perform bank account postings and reconciliations for European subsidiaries

  • Contact vendors to resolve questionable charges and ensure accurate supplier bank detail records

  • Review and record intercompany transactions, prepare monthly Intercompany listings, and perform intercompany reconciliations
