Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead the development, delivery and maintenance of Transaction Automation solutions and services. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for the flawless execution of Printec products & solutions, providing technical sales and pre-sales support for complex and demanding projects.

Responsibilities include leading, mentoring and managing a team of C++ and Android developers for POS systems, conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews, fostering a positive and productive team culture and overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of software projects.

  • Lead a team of skilled developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support in C++ and Android development.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, resources and budgets.

Requirements include a Bachelor/University Degree in Computer Science or related field, at least 5 years of experience in software development, previous experience in a leadership or team management role and strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms.
