Job Details Position: Customer Support (Croatian Market) Location: Athens, Greece available onsite or remote Start Dates: 22 December, 1 January, or 30 January Shift: Rotational 8-hour shifts between 09:00 and 19:00 Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (5 days/week) Contract Type: Permanent Monthly Salary: 1,300 - 1,500 gross Salary Structure: Paid over 14 months per year Additional Compensation & Benefits: 2 extra salaries (Summer & Easter bonuses)Christmas bonus includedMeal allowance provided3 weeks of fully paid hotel accommodation upon arrival300 relocation bonusFull assistance with legal hiring documents and local registration About the Role Join our team as a Croatian-speaking Customer Service Agent, based in Athens or working remotely within Greece. You'll be part of a friendly, international team dedicated to helping travelers and accommodation partners enjoy smoother, happier experiences every day. Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers and partnersResearch and resolve inquiries efficiently and accuratelySupport partners with room, rate, and availability questionsProvide information using internal systems and tools What You Bring Fluent in Croatian and English At least 6 months of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or F&BExcellent communication and multitasking skillsComfortable with computers and online systemsResident of Greece or willing to relocate with company support What You Can Expect Supportive and approachable leadershipA diverse, inclusive, and community-focused environmentOngoing learning and career development opportunities25 days of annual leave per year
