Join the Booking Team as Customer Support Agent (Croatian + English) Fully RemotePosition: Customer Support Agent (Croatian + English)Location: Remote / Athens, GreeceStart Date: 22nd December 2025Working Hours: Mon/Sun 09:00- 19:00Salary: 1,300 x 14Join the Booking.com team as a Customer Support Agent fluent in Croatian and English. You will help provide an exceptional customer experience, manage reservations, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.Benefits:14 salaries (12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 split for Summer/Christmas)Private Health & Life Insurance25 days annual leave50 meal voucher per monthPermanent contract, 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)Relocation Info (if moving from abroad):Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for hiring documents.3 weeks accommodation in a hotel close to the office.Up to 300 support for relocation (first payment).Legal support with hiring documents (candidates must provide required documents).Responsibilities:Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiriesManage and track reservation processesSolve issues and coordinate with relevant departmentsEnsure high levels of customer satisfactionRequirements:Fluent in Croatian and EnglishCustomer-focused with strong problem-solving skillsTeam player with excellent communication skillsFlexible with working hoursEU citizenship or full market access residence card
