Job Description

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of large-scale, high-load, distributed systems. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting at scale, digging into performance, owning the full lifecycle, collaborating across teams, and championing best practices.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from building high-performance distributed systems to optimizing services and deploying containerized services at scale. You will also be involved in every phase of the project, from brainstorming features to shipping production code.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience building large-scale, high-load, distributed systems, proficient in Java, C++, or Rust, with a strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP, HTTP, WebSockets) and event-driven architectures (Netty, Vert.x, etc.). They will also have hands-on experience with Linux and containerization, comfortable deploying containerized services at scale.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience building large-scale, high-load, distributed systems

  • Hands-on experience with Linux and containerization, comfortable deploying containerized services at scale
