Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional technical support to internal colleagues and customers via direct communication with designers

• Design and produce technical solutions including hydraulic schemes, unit selection, and tender cost estimates

• Conduct technical checks on sales orders, ensuring selections, compatibility, models, and types meet requirements

• Deliver educational technical training to designers, installers, dealers, and internal colleagues

• Check and update literature for Daikin equipment to ensure accuracy and relevance

• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge through consistent learning and close contact with HQ


Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical background; or a high school degree with strong technical skills

• Previous experience in HVAC design and/or technical support (advantageous)

• Strong designing and CAD software skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; with attention to detail and a solution-driven personality

• High motivation and willingness to learn and grow

• Fluency in English language

• Team-oriented and willing to support colleagues and promote team spirit
