  • University degree in economics
  • 3+ years of experience in similar payroll roles
  • Knowledge of accounting, with experience in the accounting field being an advantage
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Knowledge of the German language is desirable but not mandatory
  • Flexibility, proactivity, communicativeness, and problem-solving orientation; ability to work independently
  • Proficient use of accounting software – experience with Point, Pantheon, SAP and MS Dynamics NAV is preferred but not mandatory
Your future role
  • Independently handling payroll calculations
  • Receiving and processing documentation and communicating with clients
  • Maintaining personnel records and handling all related tasks associated with personnel records
  • Calculating travel expenses, other income, and preparing JOPPD forms
  • Calculating sick leave expenses covered by HZZO, submitting applications for reimbursement from HZZO
  • Monitoring and implementing laws and regulations in the fields of accounting, finance, and taxation
