Regional Business Development Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Business Development Manager to drive our pet food business forward in the Balkan region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing regional sales teams, and strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive retail sales growth and enhance brand awareness.
  • Analyze sales performance, retail reports, and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, supermarkets, and distributors.
  • Oversee regional marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions and digital initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pet food industry or FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data reporting and market research.
  • Fluent English language skills (business-level proficiency in writing and speaking).
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business or Marketing degree preferred).
