Marketing Communications Specialist Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Marketing Communications Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing training sessions and webinars for partners, direct and indirect customers. You will also collaborate with local agencies to support the company's participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our brand and products.

You will work closely with sales teams to develop and implement local sales and promotional campaigns that align with our partner collaboration plans. You will use internal generative tools to develop engaging content and materials to promote sales promotions and company events and training sessions.

Regularly updating the company website to ensure it reflects current campaigns, product information, and other relevant content is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate communication on specific communication channels, targeting indirect and direct customers.

In this role, you will support the definition and implementation of marketing plans aligned with Danfoss Hydronics strategies in coordination with the Marcom Head for the South East Region.


Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position possesses the following skills:

  • Degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations or related fields.
  • Previous experience working in marketing, preferably in B2B can be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a practical mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Basic skills in design tools (InDesign, Canvas).
  • Experience in organizing events.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of Romanian/Croatian is an advantage.
