  • Identifying opportunities for cost optimization, savings, and efficiency improvements in office management.
  • Implementing a comprehensive global procurement strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitoring office management costs globally and proposing activities to optimize resource utilization.
  • Negotiating supplier contracts to achieve savings.
  • Monitoring market changes affecting procurement.
  • Managing activities to ensure the supply chain is reliable and efficient.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and international regulations and standards.
  • Encouraging continuous improvement among suppliers to enhance quality, delivery, and service levels.
Qualifications and Skills

A university education and proven experience in managerial and similar roles are required.
