Your Purpose:

As our Executive Assistant, you'll provide a secretarial and administrative service to members of our Leadership Team.

You'll be working within a team of 8, who support the Divisional, Regional and Functional leadership teams for our business, and are based across Europe.

This role could be based in Croatia or Czech Republic and is a fantastic opportunity to support the business at leadership level. You'll need to be super organised and able to prioritize your work independently – but we don't require previous administrative experience, so this is a great opportunity to start a career in a new area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a full secretarial and administrative service to members of the Divisional Leadership Team, dealing with work of a highly confidential nature.
  • Organising travel and accommodation arrangements (including where required the administration of expenses), arranging meetings and key functional events (conferences, forums, team meetings, customer meetings etc) and organising and maintain diaries as appropriate.
  • Preparing documents and presentations, preparing agendas for meetings and where required attending meetings and taking / distributing minutes or actions.
  • Working closely with other members of the Executive Assistant team to ensure efficient and effective ways of working.

About you:

We are recruiting based on potential, not experience, so we don't require experience in this type of role. We are interested in understanding your potential, your behavioural preferences and how they will help you become successful in this role.

During the assessment process we're going to be looking for:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels across multiple functions
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work using your own initiative
  • Ability to work well as part of a team

Due to the nature of the role, there are however two things you must have:

  • High levels of competency in office-based IT tools (Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams etc)
  • Business level English language and writing skills
